Video Playback Not Supported

I love doors that have a nice pretty window in them because when someone rings your doorbell you know who it is before you open it.

But what if you don’t have a window in your door, or you’re away from home?

Well, that’s why there’s been the big advent of video doorbells that have taken the country by storm.

This is the Nest Hello — when someone walks up to your door and rings your doorbell, it will trigger you an alert so that you can communicate with them.

But what sets this apart from other video doorbells is it actually can differentiate if it’s a person or a thing at your door and will give you that alert even if they don’t ring the doorbell.

Now, if you have the Nest Aware app, it has facial recognition technology and will tell you exactly who is at your door. It also can videotape 24-7 as opposed to just starting to videotape if it detects motion.

The device is hardwired to the doorbell wire beside your door, so if you are in the market for a video doorbell this is a good option!
