Forbes has released its rankings of the NBA’s most valuable teams of 2017.

Phoenix Suns fans might be curious to see where there team comes in: They are No. 14 on the list with a current value of $1.1 billion.

Suns fans might also be curious to know how much Managing Partner Robert Sarver paid to purchase the team in 2004: $404 million.

Top 5 teams

The No. 1 team in the rankings? The New York Knicks.

Their current value, according to Forbes, is $3.3 billion.

The Los Angeles Lakers are No. 2 on the list at $3 billion, followed by the Golden State Warriors at $2.6 billion.

The Chicago Bulls ($2.5 billion) and Boston Celtics ($2.2 billion) round out the Top 5.

Least valuables

The least valuable team in the NBA? That title belongs to the New Orleans Pelicans.

Forbes has their current value at $750 million.

The Minnesota Timberwolves are right above the Pelicans on the list at $770 million. The Charlotte Hornets are above them at $780 million.

The Milwaukee Bucks ($785 million) and Memphis Grizzlies ($790 million) are also valued at less than $800 million.

All but 12 of the NBA’s 30 teams are valued at at least $1 billion.
