What is a Silent Witness and how do you become one?

Tempe police said Monday there appears to be no foul play involved in the death of a man whose body was found in Tempe Town Lake on Saturday night.

Police still had not released the man’s name as of Monday evening, but said he was a 32-year-old Tempe resident.

Police responded to a call and recovered the man’s body from the lake after 7 p.m., Saturday.

The man had no obvious signs of obvious foul play at the lake or in his home.  

Police are investigating circumstances of his death.
