An 87-year-old Tucson woman who went missing Sunday morning after a trip to the drugstore has been found dead, officials said.

The body of Ramilda Guglielmo, who suffered from dementia, was found in a desert area about two miles northwest of the Walgreens where she was last seen around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, according to Sgt. Pete Dugan, Tucson Police Department spokesman.

Police say there is no evidence of foul play. It appears that she had fallen.
