Olympian Michael Phelps will throw out the first pitch at the Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Seattle Mariners game Saturday at Chase Field in Phoenix.

The foundation has implemented its learn-to-swim, wellness and goal-setting program – IM – this summer in Arizona. It has reached more than 1,000 local children.

The pitch is scheduled to occur at 5 p.m.

Phelps also threw out the first pitch before Game 3 of the NLDS against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Oct. 9 of last season.

He has been a frequent visitor of Arizona sporting events and was even a guest of ASU’s famous Curtain of Distraction in 2016.

Phelps lives in Arizona with his family.
