Phoenix police have arrested a man in connection with several incidents of voyeurism. 

According to police, 30-year-old Vincent D. Rios committed four acts of voyeurism to three different women, aged 25 to 44 years old, at three separate locations in July. 

Police said the acts took place at Homewood Suites near Interstate 17 and Charlotte Drive, a JCPenney near Bethany Home Road and 17th Avenue, and PetSmart near 29th Avenue and Beardsley Road.

Police said Rios was arrested Aug. 9 and was booked into jail on suspicion of four counts of voyeurism and one count of possession of dangerous drugs.
