All seven children of the late U.S. Sen. John McCain attended his memorial at the Arizona Capitol on Wednesday.
McCain’s wife, Cindy, arrived at the Capitol service clutching her sons Jack and Jimmy. The senator was father to seven children from two marriages. All are adults now. McCain was fiercely protective of his family’s privacy.
In the front row at the memorial next to Cindy sat Jack, Jimmy and Meghan. Andy, Doug, Sidney and Bridget sat in the row behind.

Daughter Meghan McCain broke down in tears, sobbing next to her brothers in an emotional moment that resonated with some on Twitter.
The private ceremony was the first in a series of memorials and tributes commemorating his life.
