In a press release, Lee said, “Words can’t express how excited we are to go back on tour with our friends and rock out again. We’ve been building this new music in isolation for over a year and dreaming of what it will be like to finally play it live, and to experience it together with our fans for the first time.”

Bentley, Green and McCollum celebrated the announcement by releasing a cover of the Jerry Reed classic “East Bound and Down.”

In a press release, Bentley said, “I wrote a song a few months back with some friends called ‘Beers On Me’ that inspired this year’s tour name. It’s a pretty simple recipe for summer…get your friends together, have a round or two and dive into some great country music. That’s exactly what Riley, Parker and I plan on doing out there on the road with our fans.”

NEEDTOBREATHE Into the Mystery Tour

NEEDTOBREATHE bring their tour in support of their eighth album, “Into the Mystery,” to Arizona Federal Theatre Monday, Sept. 13, with special guests Switchfoot and The New Respects.

The album was created in a historic house-turned-recording studio in Columbia, Tennessee, where the bandmates lived and worked together for three weeks of what they refer to as extended summer camp.

In a press release, they wrote, “Probably more than any other record of ours, it was a product of what was going on in the world and our environment. We didn’t second guess ourselves much or look over our shoulders. Even the spirit of the record was a result of the moment. You can hear everybody’s personality and imprint. It felt like we got this opportunity to make a record like a family.”

This is NEEDTOBREATHE’s first tour in more than two years.

Justin Bieber Justice World Tour

Justin Bieber has again rescheduled his entire 2020 Tour, this time to 2022, due to COVID-19 restrictions varying by state.

The tour, with special guests Kehlani and Jaden Smith, was originally scheduled to hit State Farm Stadium in Glendale on June 5, 2020, and was moved to the much smaller Gila River Arena before being bumped to June 5, 2021, in response to the pandemic.

The star is now headed to Gila River Arena on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, on the newly christened Justice World Tour.

It was originally called the Changes Tour in honor of the 2020 “Changes” album. But he’s managed to release another album since then, topping Billboard’s album chart in March with “Justice.”

All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates.  Ticketholders will receive an email from their ticket provider with event updates and options if they cannot make the 2022 date.

Glass Animals Dreamland Tour

Glass Animals’ Dreamland Tour plays Arizona Federal Theatre on Wednesday, Sept. 15.

Tickets are on sale at glassanimals.com

The tour, which features stops at Bonnaroo, Life Is Beautiful, and Outside Lands, is named in honor of the British rockers’ latest album, “Dreamland,” which debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard album chart and spun off four Top 40 entries on the Billboard rock chart.

NME responded to the album with a rave, proclaiming it “a sun-drenched record of summer tunes that will sound even better when heard at festivals with a tinnie in hand. Yet look behind glittering shells of these tunes and you’ll find hugely personal stories, told with new strength and resilience.”

And for those less versed in UK slang than journalists at NME, a tinnie is a can of beer.

Last week, Glass Animals were selected as 2021 Billboard Music Awards finalists for Top Rock Song (“Heat Waves”) and Top Rock Album (“Dreamland”).

After a rough presale on Thursday (the Ticketmaster site crashed, frustrating many Bad Bunny fans) tickets went on sale to the general public at noon on Friday, April 16 at ticketmaster.com.

Bad Bunny’s plans to continue touring the world last year were brought to a halt by COVID-19. His X100PRE Tour was one of the most prominent live shows of 2019, breaking capacity records and selling out iconic arenas around the world, from Madison Square Garden to Staples Center in Los Angeles. He also played Coachella and Lollapalooza on that tour.

The Puerto Rican reggaeton rapper conquered the mainstream in 2018 as a featured guest, alongside J Balvin, on Cardi B’s chart-topping Latin trap triumph, “I Like It,” and then built on that momentum with the Drake-assisted Top 5 single “Mia” from “X 100pre.”

Eric Church Gather Again Tour

This is Church’s first tour to feature an in-the-round setup, with the stage at the center of the arena to accommodate as many fans as possible.

Tickets to all U.S. dates go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 7, at EricChurch.com.

Members of the Church fan group Church Choir may access tickets early through a presale beginning at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4.

Church spoke to Billboard about getting people back to live performances after getting his own second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

“It became very clear to me that the only way to really get back to normal is through vaccinations,” he said.

“You’ve got to get needles in arms. I just want to play shows. Politics’ job is to divide — that’s how you win elections. Those things that unite us are music and sports. The times when, whether you’re a Democrat or Republican or whatever, you throw your arm around the person next to you. We need that. I need that.”

Church will appear in an upcoming PSA promoting vaccine education, produced by ACM Lifting Lives, the Ad Council and COVID Collaborative.

That ad premiered during the ACM Awards broadcast on Sunday, April 18, where Church also performed a song off his forthcoming “Heart & Soul” triple album project.

“Heart” was released Friday, April 16, and “Soul” was due to be released on Friday, April 23, with “&” made available exclusively to the Church Choir on Tuesday, April 20.

Church will also headline Country Thunder Arizona in October.
