N’Keal flashback

The last (and first) time the Sun Devils played UTSA, a one-handed N’Keal Harry touchdown reception right before halftime loomed large in both the final score and the minds of ASU fans.

Down 14-6 with three seconds remaining in the first half, Harry caught a 27-yard touchdown from quarterback Manny Wilkins along the left edge of the end zone to bring ASU within two points at halftime after a failed two-point conversion.

With UTSA cornerback Teddrick McGhee draped on his right arm, Harry brought the ball in with only his left before completing the catch in the corner of the end zone.

Two seasons later, Harry is known for some pretty ridiculous catches. His second career touchdown that night in Texas went a long way in solidifying that perception.

Saturday night, McGhee is a backup for the Roadrunners in his redshirt sophomore season.

ASU won the 2016 matchup 32-28.
