You said it in Florence at Country Thunder Arizona 2017, and we listened – and wrote it down. Check out some of the most colorful quotes we heard below.

Day 1

“Hey miss, would you like Ryan to escort you back to your campground? (Man points to shirtless, smiling guy wearing cowboy hat).”

“She’s got pasties!!! Wooooo!!!!”

“How’s that Smirnoff treatin’ ya?”

“I’ll drink as long as you want to!”

“Hey, there’s a bug in my drink. There’s two bugs. Protein!”

“Guys, the moon is out, what the hell?”

“That’s the only place it grows on me.”

“It’s okay. I’m okay with being old.”

“He takes his Centrum Silver so he can keep going. He’s 45 today!”

“The drummer in that band had two arms!”

Day 2

“Hey baby, can you lick that and put it in the freezer?”

“Here’s my idea, because I have to do something down, dirty and quick … popcorn.”

“I’m drunk, I don’t know where I am.”

“I am throwing my body to the cow, where are?”

“It was 7 in the morning, man. I had a test at 10. In Chinese!”

“You’re pregnant and 30? No way!”

“Last time, Night 3, I fell in the pool and it was all black.”

“I feel over-dressed.”

“Did I get fatter or did I just get bigger legs?”

“You guys, at the end of Dierks, no matter how much booze we have, we’re going to be running out.”

Day 3

First thing we hear as we walked into Country Thunder at 1:25 p.m. Saturday: “You guys want a beer bong?”

About two shirtless guys in cowboy hats wearing cutoff denim shorts: “Like, oh, Mississippi River! That looks comfortable.”

One guy to another guy who was limping: “Just remember what happened when you pulled your yin-yang out.”

“I have a bigger crush on his wife than him.”

Man to woman: “You don’t look 25, which is good.”

One young man, talking to officers who temporarily detained his friends: “I guess my buddy here is an idiot.”

A group of three young women walking in Last Chance campground:

Woman #1, turning to Woman #2: “You’re my only friend out here.”

Woman #3: “Wait – aren’t we friends?”

Day 4

“How have I stayed alive? Sleeping and water. Honestly, I’m investing heavily into the rollover minutes. So like you don’t get hungover if you just get drunk instead, so you feel a hangover, and you just start crushing beers. I’m not gonna have a fun day tomorrow.”

“He just drove five hours to get me out of my truck,” said a woman explaining how embarrassing it is that it turned out her car keys were just at the lost and found.

“You can’t get lost if you don’t fall asleep!”
