A dead body was discovered inside an east Phoenix home Wednesday, and police confirmed they are investigating the death as a homicide.
The house is located near Indian School Road and 16th Street.
Neighbors told The Arizona Republic police arrived at the home in the 4000 block of north 14th Place late Wednesday afternoon after a homeowner reported something suspicious.
The owner of the house could not be reached for comment.
Phoenix police did not provide additional details other than confirming the homicide investigation.
