Birth rates drop to all time low

A new report from U.S. Health officials reveals that birth and fertility rates are down nationwide and in Arizona. According to preliminary data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the fertility rate has declined to 62 births per 1,000 among women of childbearing age, another record low for the nation.
