The NFL Network recently completed its countdown of the Top 100 players in the NFL for 2018, as voted on by the players, and an Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman made the list.

Chandler Jones was ranked as the No. 6 defensive lineman in the league and the No. 28 ranked player overall.

Four defensive linemen made the Top 25 with the Los Angeles Rams’ Aaron Donald coming in as the No. 1 player at that position on the list (No. 7 overall).

The Jacksonville Jaguars’ Calais Campbell was the No. 2 ranked defensive lineman (No. 14 overall). 

The Oakland Raiders’ Khalil Mack was No. 16 overall (No. 3 defensive lineman) on the list and the Vikings’ Everson Griffen was No. 19 overall (No. 4 defensive lineman).

In total, 20 defensive linemen made the Top 100 list.

10 of them were ranked in the Top 50, with the New Orleans Saints’ Cameron Jordan (No. 26 overall), Houston Texans’ Jadeveon Clowney (No. 32 overall), Dallas Cowboys’ Demarcus Lawrence (No. 34), Los Angeles Chargers’ Joey Bosa (No. 37 overall), and Pittsburgh Steelers’ Cameron Heyward (No. 48 overall) joining Jones and those in the Top 25.

Besides Jones, who plays for the Cardinals, some other defensive linemen on the list have Arizona connections.

Campbell played with the Cardinals before signing with the Jaguars.

Griffen attended Avondale Agua Fria High in Arizona.

Jordan attended Chandler High in Arizona.
