A look at who stood out in Week 3 of the Arizona high school football season:
Adryan Lara, Goodyear Desert Edge, QB, Sr.
He threw a 35-yard scoring pass with nine second left to beat Gilbert Campo Verde 28-22. Lara passed for 270 yards and four TDs.
Stephon Daily, Sierra Linda, WR, Jr.
In a loss to Raymond S Kellis, he caught five passes for 275 yards and three TDs.
E.J. Warner, Brophy Prep, QB, Sr.
He completed 26 of 31 for 284 yards and five TDs and had a rushing score in a 49-0 rout of St. Mary’s.
Logan Hubler, American Leadership Queen Creek, QB, Sr.
He completed 21 of 27 for 325 yards and five TDs in a win.
Javen Jacobs, Scottsdale Saguaro, RB/WR, Sr.
He returned two punts for touchdown in a rout of Tempe McClintock. He had more than 200 yards.
Zach Hammett, Mohave Valley River Valley, RB, Sr.
He ran for 250 yards and four TDs in a rout of Chandler Arizona College Prep.
Blaine Hipa, Chandler, QB, Sr.
He passed for 220 yards and three TDs in the first three quarters of a 28-7 win over Peoria Centennial.
Ca’Lil Valentine, Chandler, RB, So.
He caught a swing pass and ran 72 yards for a score and ran for a 2-yard score in the first half against Centennial.
Austin Rush, Yuma Catholic, WR, Sr.
He caught 10 passes for 164 yards and a score in a rout of Bourgade Catholic.
Rich Stallworth, Yuma Catholic, QB, Jr.
He completed 31 of 47 for 390 yards and six TDs.
Ricardo Alaniz, Santa Cruz, RB
He ran for 224 yards and four TDs on 10 carries in a win.
Erick Santiago, Buckeye Verrado, QB
He threw for 167 yards and two TDs in a 21-14 win over Scottsdale Notre Dame
Colin Tibbs, Verrado, DB
He intercepted two passes, returning one back for a touchdown.
Demond Williams Jr., Chandler Basha, QB, So.
He passed for 286 yards and three TDs and ran for 79 yards and a score in a win over Sandra Day O’Connor.
Bryson Dedmon, Basha, WR, So.
He caught six passes for 166 yards and two TDs.
Jeremiah Vessel, Basha, DB
He had an interception, a forced fumble and four solo tackles.
Payton Barlow, Queen Creek, RB
He ran for 175 yards and a TD and caught a TD pass in a 33-21 win over defending 6A champion Scottsdale Chaparral.
Carter Crispin, Mesa Red Mountain, QB
He was 14 of 19 for 231 yards and five TDs in a rout of Mesa Dobson.
Jakobi Lane, Red Mountain, WR, Jr.
He caught five passes for 102 yards and two TDs.
Zayden Neill, Gilbert San Tan Charter, QB, So.
He was 17 of 29 for 313 yards and six TDs in a win over NFL YET.
Seth Gallardo, Surprise Valley Vista, QB
He passed for 126 yards and a TD and ran for 113 yards and four TDs.
Wyatt Larsen, Thatcher, QB
He was 8 of 10 for 193 yards and two TDs and ran for 48 yards on eight carries in a win.
Cole Linyard, Phoenix Horizon, WR
He caught a 70-yard touchdown pass with 2:30 left to lift Horizon to a 17-16 win over Pinnacle, the first time in history that Horizon beat Pinnacle.
Dylan Hoyt, Paradise Honors, RB, Sr.
He carried 29 times for 175 yards an two TDs and caught three passes for 42 yards.
Dom Bagchi, Phoenix Central, QB, Jr.
He completed 15 of 21 for 264 yards and three TDs and ran for 30 yards and a score in a win over Phoenix North.
Carter Allen, Central, WR
He caught nine passes for 141 yards and TDs of 30 and 33 yards.
Isiah Aguirre, Tucson Sabino, WR, Sr.
He caught eight passes for 152 yards and two TDs in a win over Tucson Catalina Foothills.
Jordan Lahusky, Thunderbird, RB
He ran 21 times for 175 yards and four TDs and caught two passes for 70 yards in a 48-25 win over Mingus.
Adam Damante, American Leadership Gilbert North, QB, So.
He was 16 of 24 for 235 yards and six TDs.
Luc Asay, ALA Gilbert North, WR
He caught four passes for 82 yards and three TDs.
Devon Grubbs, Desert Vista, RB, Sr.
He ran for 195 yards and two TDs in a 35-28 loss to Perry.
Zac Swanson, Brophy Prep, DE, Sr.
He had 3.5 tackles for losses and half a sack.
Landen Francis, Prescott, LB
He had an interception, a fumble recovery and eight tackles and also played the whole game at offensive right guard in a win over Glendale.
