Just in time for spring training, former Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher J.J. Putz has listed his Paradise Valley home for $3 million.
The 8,000-square-foot home comes with five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a seven-car garage, home theater with custom candy bar and a parklike playground with a fake-grass lawn for kids and pets.
Putz played for the Seattle Mariners, New York Mets and Chicago White Sox before joining the Diamondbacks in 2010.
He bought the Paradise Valley home situated on two acres for $2.85 million in 2012, according to public real-estate records.
