A priority violation is a major violation that directly contributes to increasing the risk of food-borne illness or injury. If listed in the reports, remedies implemented during inspections are included.

  1. Employee handled ice without washing hands. Discussed proper hand washing.
  2. Mold found on tomato. Roaches found in rice. Items discarded.
  3. Raw beef stored with cooked beef and cooked pork. Items separated.
  4. Degreaser and window cleaner stored above dry food. Chemicals moved to proper storage.
  5. Cabbage, raw meat and noodles stored in plastic grocery bags. Items moved to proper storage containers.
  6. Standing water in floor drain beside cook area.

  1. Employee handled raw beef then washed hands for less than 10 seconds. Employee rewashed hands.
  2. Employee put on gloves without washing hands. Employee washed hands.
  3. Employee plated carrots with bare hands. Discarded carrots.
  4. Raw chicken stored above pan of raw beef. Raw fish stored above sauce. Items moved.
  5. Egg drop soup, broth, cooked eggrolls and cooked chicken held at improper temperature. Reheated.

  1. Beef stored above masa. Chorizo stored above beef and fish. Raw fish stored above produce and ready-to-eat food. Items rearranged.
  2. Chlorine sanitizer in sink below proper concentration. Sanitizer added.
  3. Cooked carne asada held at improper temperature. Reheated.
  4. Food stored in brown buckets. Frozen meat stored in plastic bags. Items moved to proper storage.

  1. Employee switched gloves without washing hands. Employee washed hands.

  3. Chicken noodle soup held at improper temperature. Reheated.
  4. Cut lettuce, cut tomatoes, cheese, chicken, chicken fingers, philly egg rolls and cheese sticks held at improper temperature. Discarded.

  1. Raw shelled eggs stored on top of onions. Eggs moved to bottom of refrigerator.
  2. Chlorine sanitizer concentration at zero. Second consecutive violation.
