Three people arrested in connection with the killing of a 38-year-old Phoenix man have been identified by police.

Crystal Amy Allison, 33, Anthony Elias Thomas, 26 and Luis Carlos Urias, 35, were all arrested for investigation of first-degree murder, armed robbery with a deadly weapon and possession of a dangerous drug for sale, according to court documents.

The three were arrested in connection with the killing of 38-year-old Roberto Silva-Perez, also known as Victor Cuadral and Jose Ramirez-Adriano, late Friday night

Allison, Thomas and Urias were apprehended after officers discovered a man, later identified as Silva-Perez, with gunshot wounds inside a vehicle near 59th Avenue and McDowell Road at about 11:20 p.m. on Friday.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police obtained a suspect vehicle description from witnesses and followed it southbound to Third Avenue and Yuma Street where the three suspects attempted to flee on foot.

The suspects discarded a gun and drugs as they fled but were captured by officers shortly thereafter, police said.

Court records indicate the shooting death may have resulted from an arranged drug deal.
