A fatal two-vehicle crash on the U.S. 60 northwest of Phoenix killed one person Monday afternoon, according to the Department of Public Safety. 

The Arizona Department of Transportation said the westbound U.S. 60, also called Grand Avenue in the area, is currently closed at 203rd Avenue in Wittman, which is north of Sun City West. The eastbound lanes are closed at State Route 74.

There’s no estimated time to reopen the roadway, officials said.
