The suspect’s vehicle in an Amber Alert issued out of West Virginia for a missing 4-year-old girl was spotted in Arizona, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Gracelynn June Scritchfield was last seen in Fairmont, West Virginia on July 6 and is believed to have been taken by her biological father, 24-year-old Arlie Edward Hetrick III, according to a flyer from the West Virginia State Police.

Scritchfield weighs 35 pounds and is about 3 feet tall, police said. She has brown-blonde hair and blue eyes.

Hetrick, also known as Trey, is a white male who is 5 feet 9 inches tall, police said. He weighs approximately 140 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Hetrick’s destination is unknown, police said. Officials believe he’s driving a 2001 gold Subaru Forester with West Virginia license plate number 1TH163.

The Amber Alert was issued at around 9:45 a.m. out of Navajo County. 

Scritchfield is “believed to be in extreme danger,” according to a police flyer.
