Several people were injured in a Buckeye crash Sunday afternoon, authorities said.

Two vehicles collided near Miller and Lower Buckeye roads about noon, said Officer Dan Hoffmeister, a Buckeye police spokesman.

It was not immediately clear how many people had been hurt, though Hoffmeister said they had non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash remained under investigation Sunday. Hoffmeister said impairment was not believed to be a factor.
