If motorcycles are what get your motor rumbling, there’s no better place to feed that fire than at the five-day Arizona Bike Week this Wednesday through Sunday, April 5-9, at WestWorld of Scottsdale.
This is the 21st year for this event which includes such a variety of activities that even non-riders will have plenty to see and do. Hundreds of vendors will offer a variety of goods and services, and there will be stunt shows, contests, games, live entertainment, racing, auctions, safe-riding and precision skills demos, and each night ends with a concert.
The on-site concert venue, the RockYard, is poised to deliver incredible shows from some of the greatest rock legends of all time.
This year’s lineup includes Bret Michaels, who will be performing on Wednesday; Alice Cooper with CO-OP, who will be on stage on Saturday; Korn, who will entertain audiences on Friday; and Creedence Clearwater Revisited, who audiences can see on Thursday.
The charity rides and fundraisers that go on during the event result in hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations to a variety of worthy foundations.
Details: Wednesday-Sunday, April 5-9. WestWorld of Scottsdale, 16601 N. Pima Rd., Scottsdale. $63 (five-day pass), $23 (single-day pass start price), free for kids under 12. azbikeweek.com.
