A span of Shea Boulevard in Phoenix will remain closed Friday morning due to a water main break, according to the Phoenix Water Services Department.
Westbound Shea Boulevard at Tatum Boulevard was closed on Thursday with no estimated time to reopen.
The city is working to repair the initial water main break that occurred on Wednesday. The cause of the water main break was not immediately available.
Commuters are asked to find an alternate route to avoid the area.
