Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker has sold his Paradise Valley home, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The home sold for $3.45 million.

The home is about 5,600 square feet and has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, according to the February listing when the Suns guard put the house on the market.

It was first listed for $4.195 million.

Booker bought the home three years ago for $3.25 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

The home sits on an acre of property.

The listing on realtor.com described the home as follows: “Love Where You Live in this 5590 sq/ft modern home on a secluded lot … ! Home boasts modern opulence with state of the art finishes. Booker signed a five-year, $158 million contract extension with the Suns in 2018, making him the highest paid player in the history of the franchise.

He was scheduled to make $27,285,000 before the coronavirus shortened the 2020 season, which was tied for 30th in the NBA.

Social media speculation ran wild after news of the sale, with some speculating that Booker was trying to send a message to the Suns by selling his home.

The home was put on the market in February, however, well before the team’s successful 8-0 run in the NBA seeding games in the Orlando bubble.

Booker has been living in a bigger, more expensive home since putting that other home on the market  in February, according to a story from SB Nation’s Bright Side of the Sun, which cited some “people in the know” of the situation.

During NBA All-Star weekend in Chicago in Febru, Booker talked about a shared interest he has with his brother in real estate.

Booker’s brother, Davon Wade, held the listing of his house that sold with Kirk Linehan of eXp Realty, according to the LA Times.
