Phoenix police seeking info in suspected homicide of Larry Milligan

Phoenix police responded to a vehicle crash on Thursday where they found Larry Milligan, 39, dead at the scene. Officials say he suffered from a gunshot wound.

Phoenix police responded to a single-vehicle rollover collision in the area of Seventh Avenue and Gibson on Thursday at 1:45 p.m. 

Police identified the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle as Larry Milligan, 39. Police noticed a gunshot wound upon inspection of Milligan’s condition.

The Phoenix Fire Department pronounced him dead at the scene.

Police suspect Milligan was shot while driving, causing the crash. Surveillance footage from investigators identified a vehicle of interest in this incident. 

The footage identifies the suspected vehicle as a dark green SUV. Information about how the SUV was involved was not released by police.

Anyone with information regarding the suspected vehicle is asked to call the Phoenix Police Department or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
