Phoenix police are seeking the public’s help in finding the person who shot and killed a man on the balcony of a Super 8 Motel in Phoenix on Saturday. 

Officers responded to reports of a shooting at the motel near Interstate 17 and Northern Avenue around 5:30 a.m. The victim, later identified as 42-year-old Agustin Bustamante, was found with a gunshot wound and taken to the hospital, where he died. 

According to police, the shooter fled the scene before officers arrived. Investigators have yet to identify a suspect or a possible motive.
