USC was eliminated in the second round, but represented the conference well, winning its First Four game and then upsetting SMU in the first round before bowing out to Baylor, 82-78.

Overall, the Pac-12 has gone 8-1 in the tourney, the best record among college basketball’s power conferences.

The ACC, which had nine teams in the tourney, only has one remaining (North Carolina). It has gone 7-8.
