Police said a man was in critical condition on Sunday after being shot during an argument outside of a Phoenix club.
When Phoenix police officers responded just before 1 a.m. to the club near University Drive and 40th Street, they found a 22-year-old man who had been shot in the parking lot, according to department spokesperson Sgt. Tommy Thompson.
A man suspected of the shooting fled the scene, Thompson said. He was described to police as being between 25 and 30 years old, Thompson said.
