Arizona has some of the toughest DUI laws in the U.S. Learn about the laws and how to steer clear of the penalties.

A driver was killed Friday morning in a two-car crash in Chandler, and the other driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI, police said. 

The crash occurred shortly after 8 a.m. at Elliot and Price roads, according to Sgt. Daniel Mejia, Chandler police spokesman.

According to the Chandler Fire Department, the deceased driver was a 65- to 70-year-old man. 

No other injuries were reported.
