Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball started NBA Summer League wearing his Big Baller Brand shoes. But after struggling in the first two games, he stopped wearing the BBB sneakers and began changing brands every game.

Lonzo has worn Kobe Bryant’s signature Nike shoes, James Harden’s signature Adidas shoes, and on Saturday, he went with Steph Curry’s signature Under Armour shoes – they’re the Under Armour Curry 4 Finals PEs, to be specific.

While Lonzo has been telling reporters his reason for switching shoe brands is simply that being signed to the Big Baller Brand gives him freedom, his dad LaVar Ball told ESPN that his son is doing it to “(make) a statement to the brands of what they could have had with an open mind.”

LaVar has said that he wants a $3 billion shoe deal for his sons.
