From one of the game’s best to another, LeBron James posted a video tribute to Diana Taurasi on Twitter after she became the WNBA’s all-time career scoring leader on Sunday in Los Angeles.

“What an unbelievable accomplishment, D.T.,” James said in a video for Uninterrupted. “So happy for you, so proud of you.”

Among his well wishes and congratulations, James also mentioned having great conversations with Taurasi during summers they both spent playing on the U.S. Olympic basketball teams.

James may not have been in attendance to see Taurasi break the record (although he said he wished he had been), but another NBA great was.

Kobe Bryant was shown on NBA TV joining the standing ovation for Taurasi after her record-breaking lay-up.

He also spoke with a sideline reporter about Taurasi during the game.

“She works extremely hard and she takes no crap,” Bryant said.
