ASU-ni watch: ‘Maroon Monsoon’

After opening with similar uniform combinations in each of their first three weeks of play, Arizona State will be switching up the wardrobe a little bit on Saturday when the Sun Devils open Pac-12 play vs. Oregon in Tempe.

ASU will don its “Maroon Monsoon” uniforms against the Ducks, as the players will be garbed in maroon apparel from head to toe. Here’s a look at Saturday’s uniforms.

The Sun Devils have played the first three games of the season with maroon tops paired with yellow shorts and the yellow pitchfork helmets, although they did wear commemorative “Sunburst” helmets in Week 2 to honor Frank Kush.
