Authorities say an air-conditioning technician was found dead in the attic of a Phoenix suburb and that the death may have been heat-related.
Officials say owners of the home in Avondale became concerned and found the man unresponsive Thursday evening when checking on him 30 minutes after he went up into the attic.
Firefighters brought the man down and determined he was dead.
The Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the official cause of death.
The man’s name wasn’t released.
Phoenix had a high temperature of 107 on Thursday.
