The death was being investigated as a suspected homicide.
Officers responded to a call about 6:30 a.m. in a residential area on Via Puzzola and Cavalry Drive when they found Meno behind the pool, according to Sgt. Ann Justus, a Phoenix Police Department spokesperson.
