Police have identified 29-year-old Fausto Galindo-Gonzalez as the suspect in a fatal shooting at a Phoenix party early Saturday morning.
Police say Galindo-Gonzalez was at a party near the 6200 block of West McDowell Road at 3:25 a.m. when he and 23-year-old Jose Sanchez-Gamboa mishandled Galindo-Gonzalez’s gun before it was accidentally fired it.
Sanchez-Gamboa was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police arrested and booked Galindo-Gonzalez on suspicion of manslaughter and being a prohibited possessor.
