The MLB season is picking up steam and several players with ties to the state of Arizona continue to find their way onto the field.

The latest Arizona connections to play this season?

Former ASU standout Jason Kipnis (who recently returned from injury for the Indians), former Hamilton High standout Cody Bellinger (who just made his debut for the Dodgers) and former Sunrise Mountain player Jaff Decker (who is back in the big leagues with the Athletics).

Kipnis, a key part of the Indians’ playoff run last season, has played in four games for Cleveland this season.

Bellinger was called up and played in his first game for the Dodgers Tuesday.

Decker has now played in nine games for Oakland this season.
