The guest line-up for Phoenix Comicon is starting to come together, with announcements this week that are sure to get fans of “Star Trek” and 1980s “Brat Pack” movies excited.
Alan Tudyk
He voiced the memorable and sarcastic robot K-2SO in 2016’s “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.” Tudyk most recently is starring in “Powerless,” an NBC comedy set in the DC Universe, and is also known for his role as Hoban Washburne in “Firefly,” Wray Nerely in “Con Man,” and voicing many characters from “The Flash” to “The Arrow” to King Candy in “Wreck-It Ralph.”
Joan Cusack
The Academy Award-nominated actress has had a memorable career so far, most recently appearing in the Netflix series “A Series of Unfortunate Events.” She’s appeared in many classic films including “Say Anything,” “Working Girl” and “High Fidelity,” voiced the beloved “Toy Story” character Jessie, and played Sheila Jackson in the acclaimed series “Shameless.”
Jon Bernthal
Jon Bernthal plays Frank Castle, a.k.a. The Punisher, on Netflix series “Daredevil. On the show he is a vigilante who disrupts Daredevil’s world by attempting to clean up Hell’s Kitchen by any means necessary. Bernthal can also be seen in early seasons of AMC hit show “The Walking Dead” as Shane Walsh, and also in major films “The Accountant” and “Fury.”
Charlie Cox
Best known as the title character on the critically-acclaimed Netflix series “Daredevil,” Cox will appear at Phoenix Comicon 2017 on Sunday only. In the show, Cox plays Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer who transforms into Daredevil at night, using his heightened senses to fight off criminals in Hell’s Kitchen.
The third season of “Daredevil” will air later this year. It’s the first in a series of Netflix Marvel shows that will lead up to the “The Defenders” series that will also be released this year, featuring Daredevil working alongside Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist.
Elden Henson
Henson joins two fellow “Daredevil” characters at Phoenix Comicon. He portrays Foggy Nelson, is who is Murdock’s law partner and best friend.
Anthony Michael Hall
Fans of ’80s movies will rejoice because the member of the “Brat Pack” will appear at Phoenix Comicon. Hall is known for playing the nerd in a number of ’80s films including “The Breakfast Club,” “Sixteen Candles” and “Weird Science.” Recently, he’s appeared in “Murder in the First,” “Live By Night” and “The Dark Knight,” and has several projects in the pipeline.
Neal McDonough
The actor is known for portraying DC Comics villain Damien Darhk in CW shows “Arrow,” “Legends of Tomorrow” and “The Flash.” He’s also appeared in Marvel’s “Captain America: First Soldier,” “Agent Carter,” and “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D” as Dum Dum Dugan, and portrayed villain Robert Quarles in the television series “Justified.”
Garrett Wang
Wang is well-known in the “Star Trek” fandom, appearing as Harry Kim in “Star Trek: Voyager” for seven years. He currently filming the television movie “Star Trek Equinox: The Night of Time,” reprising his role as Captain Kim.
Ming-Na Wen
The actress is well-known for her role as the butt-kicking agent Melinda May on Marvel’s television series “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” She’s also lent her voice for the titular role in “Mulan,” and played Camile Wray in “SGU Stargate Universe.” Wen starred for nearly ten years as Jing-Mei Chen on the popular long-running drama “ER.”

Ciara Renee
Known for her role as Kendra Saunders, aka Hawkgirl, on DC Comics show “Legends of Tomorrow.” Her character has also appeared on fellow CW shows “Arrow” and “The Flash.”
Bonnie Wright
Fans will remember this actress as Ginny Weasley in the beloved Harry Potter film series.
Holly Marie Combs
She played Piper Halliwell, one of three witch sisters on the television series “Charmed,” and most recently appears as Ella Montgomery on the show “Pretty Little Liars.”
Jason David Frank
Well-known as Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger in the television series “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.”
Teddy Sears
The actor is currently playing Keith Mullins on the television show “24: Legacy,” and has previously appeared on the CW show “The Flash” as Jay Garrick, a.k.a. Zoom. He’s also appeared on “Mad Men,” “American Horror Story” and “Big Love,” and just wrapped filming for “Nine Lives,” starring Jennifer Garner and Kevin Spacey.
David Anders
The actor currently stars as John Gilbert on the series “Vampire Diaries,” and has also appeared on television shows “iZombie” and “Once Upon a Time.”
Sean Maguire
The English actor currently plays Robin Hood on the ABC series “Once Upon a Time.”
Osric Chau
He has appeared on the CW show “Supernatural,” in the worldwide hit action/adventure film “2012” and in the live action mini-series “Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn.”
Karen David
The actress is known for her current role as Jasmine in the series “Once Upon a Time,” and she also appeared as Princess Isabella in “Galavant.”
