Alan Williams is staying with the Phoenix Suns.
He got his creative juices flowing to announce it.
The restricted free agent announced his deal (which The Vertical reported to be for three years and $17 million) to remain with the Suns with a music video.
Williams, who played his high school basketball at North High in Phoenix, tweeted out the music video late Sunday night.
SALARIES: How much each Phoenix Suns player is set to make in 2017-18
It had more than 350 retweets and more than 1,000 likes early Monday morning (including a retweet from the Suns account).
Judging from the lyrics in the video, Williams is happy to remain home.
The chorus of of the song says:
“Where was you born? Phoenix.
“Where do you score? Phoenix.
“Phoenix, Phoenix, Phoenix, Suns.”

Williams, 24, was among Phoenix’s best stories last season. The 6-8 forward – a Phoenix native – spent most of the first half on the bench, gaining attention for his cheering and support.
He not only became a fan favorite, but also a positive locker-room presence. Once management shut down key players after the All-Star break, Williams got his chance on the court.
He didn’t disappoint.
During one stretch, Williams posted six double-doubles in seven games. In 24 games after the All-Star break, he averaged 11.4 points and 9.1 rebounds in just 22.6 minutes.
The 9.1 rebounds ranked 19th in the league over that stretch. Overall, Williams’ 15 double-doubles ranked 35th.
