The Pac-12 team schedules for 2020 were released Saturday morning and thanks to each team playing one crossover game with a team from the other division, they aren’t all created equal.

Take a look at which South Division teams and North Division teams have the easiest paths to the Pac-12 Championship game, based on an early look at their 7-game schedules for 2020.

Every team will play five games against their division foes in addition to the one crossover game.

The two teams with the best records from each division will square off in the title game on Dec. 18, with the teams coming in second in each division facing off that weekend, as well as the teams getting third, and so on.

Note: These are not power rankings for the conference, they are rankings of each team’s 2020 schedule based on which teams have the easiest path to the conference title game.

Pac-12 South

  1. USC: The Trojans’ schedule lines up nicely for a run to the Pac-12 title game. They host ASU in the first game of the season in what could be their toughest division test. USC has road games at Arizona, Utah and UCLA and hosts Colorado. It gets to host Washington State in its crossover game.
  2. Utah: The Utes landed a very favorable schedule with home games against Arizona, USC and Oregon State (crossover game). Their road games are at UCLA, Arizona State and Colorado.
  3. Arizona State: ASU faces a tough test out of the gate at USC and also faces perhaps the most difficult crossover game of a potential contender in Cal in Week 2, but it does get to host the Golden Bears. The Sun Devils host Utah and UCLA and play at Colorado and Arizona.
  4. UCLA: UCLA landed a crossover game at Oregon, where winning is no easy task. Its home games are against Utah, Arizona and rival USC, so that could help ease the pain a little. The Bruins two other road games are at Arizona State and Colorado.
  5. Colorado: The Buffaloes’ crossover game is at Stanford in the second week of the season. They host games against UCLA and Arizona State in between. They conclude the season at USC, at Arizona and at home against Utah.
  6. Arizona: The Wildcats’ schedule is brutal. They open at Utah, then face USC in Tucson before going back onto the road for a crossover game at Washington and a game against UCLA. They end the season hosting Colorado and Arizona State.

Pac-12 North

  1. Oregon: The Ducks’ schedule lines up perfectly for a run at the Pac-12 title. They host Stanford in the first game of the season, UCLA in the third (crossover game) and Washington in the fifth. They have road games against Washington State (Week 2), Oregon State (Week 4) and California (Week 5), possibly their hardest game of the season.
  2. California: The Golden Bears have a tough start to the season hosting Washington and then playing their crossover game at Arizona State. It plays at Oregon State and Washington State, but hosts games against Stanford and Oregon.
  3. Stanford: The Cardinal open at Oregon and also play at California and Washington in three of their division games. They host Washington State, Oregon State and crossover game opponent Colorado. Not the easiest of paths to the conference title game.
  4. Washington State: The Cougars landed USC in their crossover game, and it is at USC. They also play at Oregon State and Stanford and host games against Oregon, Washington and California. Still, that crossover game will be tough.
  5. Washington: The Huskies open at California in a key North division matchup before hosting Oregon State and Arizona. They have a game at home against Stanford in between road games at rival Washington State and Oregon. Nothing easy about concluding your regular season at Oregon.
  6. Oregon State: The Beavers landed Utah in their crossover game, in Salt Lake City. Never an easy place to play. They host Washington State, California and Oregon and play at Washington, Utah and Stanford with their last two games of the season at Utah and Stanford.
