If the Arizona State men’s basketball team is to win that first elusive Pac-12 title, it will have to play well early against top contenders.

The Pac-12 has released the weekly matchups and site designations for conference play.  Specific dates and times for each game will be announced later this summer after selections by the league’s television partners are finalized.

All 108 Conference games will be televised by either Pac-12 Network, ESPN/2/U, FOX/FS1 or CBS.

The Sun Devils, 23-11 overall and 12-6 in conference play a year ago, will open against rival Arizona the week of Jan. 1-5. The Wildcats (17-15,8-10) are coming off a sub-par showing by their standards by not making the postseason, but boast the nation’s top signing class led by Pinnacle’s Nico Mannion.

The second week of conference play the Sun Devils will be on the road at Oregon and Oregon State, both difficult places to win. The Ducks are the reigning Pac-12 tournament champion.

The Pac-12 Tournament returns for its fourth year at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas from March 11-14, 2020.

Three teams come into the 2019-2020 season with new head coaches – UCLA (Mick Cronin), Cal (Mark Fox) and Washington State (Kyle Smith).  The trio has averaged 20.9 wins and combined for 16 NCAA Tournament appearances and 27 total postseasons in 39 years of head coaching experience at their previous schools.
