A  2-year-old girl was taken to the hospital after being pulled from a Gilbert pool over the weekend, according to officials

Crews responded to the 1700 block of East Orangewood Street Saturday evening, according to the Gilbert Fire and Rescue Department. Gilbert Fire Capt. Mike Palmatier said CPR was performed on the girl before she was transported.

The girl’s condition is unknown.
